Today was by far the best day. We started out the day by going to Casa Hogar Douglas. We helped Back2BACK with work projects which included pouring cement, building picnic tables, repairing fences etc. To finish the day off with a bang we took the kids nature hiking. What started out as simple fun, soon ended up as a complicated rock climbing, mud sliding hiking trip. Our leader ryan massey "accidentally" left us to fend for ourselves in the wilderness. Aside from nervous breakdowns and pouring rain It was definitely the most fun we had on this trip! The night ended with baptisms from Bob and Bryan Burkle, Whitney Winters and Stephanie Ruppel. It was an extremely moving experience for those not only participating but also for those spectating. The trip was so amazing and filled with life changing events. God is love.

The hike was amazing spending time with God and helping these little kids. I was so proud of my little girl, only 5, for making up the complicated rock climbing and mud slides.
But through the hike I know I saw Jesus. While I was trying to climb back down a rock walk I fell. Jesus came to my resue (Ryan Massey and my Brother) they helped me down this mountain for 2 miles. I would still have been up the mountain with out them. They were jesus in my eyes! Massey kept on praying and wispering your doing good, were going to make it, good job claire. He was so amazing! After 2 miles they were able to put me into a truck then onto the bus. I thank eveyone who helped me and I truely thank god for showing such a clear example of Jesus.
